Default Bad accident-do I need my own lawyer?
I know Florida is a no-fault state but do I still need a lawyer so I get what I am entitled to. The accident was not my fault, they ran the red light at 466 and Rolling Acres. My car was totaled. I have various injuries including broken ribs.
