Keep in mind that the family pools aren't just for kids. They are the only choice for anyone under 30. Guests can go to the neighborhood pools, but they have to be at least 30 years old. So if you have even one guest under that age (which we frequently do), then everyone goes to the family pool. I don't mind noisy and splashing kids at the family pools, in fact I expect it. But limiting the types of toys and games allowed in the pools is the only way to ensure that guests and their hosts of all ages are able to access and enjoy the family pools.
