what a fabulous question! I believe that since god, living in his "top dimension" is not restricted by the time or space constraints that we have, knows all and sees all. And yes, he knows every move that we are going to make and the path/s that we will take. It is, indeed, "the best of all possible worlds available to us". He knows and we get to find out.
