The August one article says that the medical board rejected the terms offered by Dr. Dean's attorney, and are asking for psychiatric evaluation, as well as termination of his right to see female patients.
I still think the man should face criminal charges for sexual harassment, but at least the medical board is making some sense with their demands.
Having worked with multiple types of sexual abuse perpetrators ever many years, I can tell you that there is no kind of treatment, no matter what this doctor has gotten or will get in the way of treatment, that will fix his urge to push himself on young women. Not even fox urine and plethysmography can help. Nor can castration.
