Sexual harrassment is illegal. A doctor sending a video of himself mastubating to a patient is NEWS.

Perhaps the quid pro quo was that the doctor was allowed to escape legal and public consequences by a smart lawyer who knows if a jury sees the evidence his client will be toast.

The doctor has done all the stuff a guilty person does who is getting excellent advice. Admit you did it, because the evidence is damning and will end your career if it is shown in court.
Get treatment for your sexual perversion...because most people think that you can get cured. You can't. Sexual perversion of this type is by and large not amenable to treatment.
