In the Gardenia models, you can often find a crack in the master bedroom ceiling from the left corner up the seam..as you look at the bed (assuming it is between the two windows).
We had an experienced handyman working here and I asked him about the crack in the ceiling wallboard. He said it was not uncommon in the Gardenia model because of "the design"..something about the way the beams were tied together in the ceiling. I was able to repair it and it has not reopened. There are some people on our street who have experienced the same thing.
