"If you're still looking for blinds, beware of dealing with Blinds for Less in Lady Lake. Our blinds took a couple of months longer than we were told. Our instructions for applying decorative tape was disregarded. Calls to discuss the problem went unanswered. After six calls , I left the message that we were disputing the credit card charges. They responded to the CC Company with total untruths about discussions and meetings that never ocurred. We're still not thru with them."
I totally agree that Blinds for Less should be avoided. Quality and install were poor and rectification of problems took for even. I very seriously considered removing the plantation shutters and replacing them with shutters from another vendor. Unfortunately, due to cost, I have kept the shutters and still think they are a poor product. Avoid Avoid! Jimmie
