Certainly no other country would be expected to put up with the tunnels that have been dug with the sole purpose df conducting terrorist attacks. Hamas, an organization that is recognized as a terrorist organization and whose stated policy is the destruction of Jews, fires rockets intentionally at Israeli civilian populations and fires them from schools and mosques and civilian areas. When Israel retaliates the world seems shocked that civilians have been involved in the casualties. Maybe Israel should meet Hamas halfway, and only let them destroy half of the Israeli population! As a former Prime Minister of Israel, Golda Maier once said, we can forgive you for killing our children, but we cannot forgive you for forcing us to kill your children.

Then there is the matter of how each side regard women. And gays.
