Evolution, adaptation, I don't know. Dogs who wear clothes, sunglasses, and shoes, ride in strollers, enjoy happy hour ifrom the comfort of a purse, go shopping, and basically are with their humans 24/7 must surely talk!

My guess is that woman was embarrassed she got "caught" leaving her dogs in a hot car and tried to blame it on the dogs in front of you. Where's bonanza when you need her?
