I'm about 99% vegan.
Sometimes I will open a 15 ounce can of wild Salmon and divide it up into about 9 or 10 servings. Then I put these small servings in a storage container and put it in the freezer. I might have one serving per day, like a supplement. I enjoy it. Although, I haven't had any for about a week because I just didn't feel like opening another can. It takes a little patience.
