The OP asked for advce on renewing a promo plan after the end of the promo. (however, the subject "Comcast v CentrutyLink" is misleading)
I have had success in just calling and selecting the "cancel my services" prompt, and explaining that there are other choices, I am thinking about changing providers...what can Comcast do in regards to pricing to keep me as a custmer?" Always seems to result in another promo (dsicount) plan.
