In doing some self-remodeling, a little plastic connector to a travelling door blind broke. This is a unique part not available at hardware stores. The nice lady at 48 HR. BLIND FACTORY said they couldn't sell parts but she had some of these on hand and gave me one free-of-charge. They did not install my blinds and I have no connection with this firm whatsoever.Thanks for this good deed. S. Rea
