PennBF...Be VERY sure that you keep your receipt that they give you when turning in your equipment, and hold on to it ....I have been billed for hundreds of dollars for claimed un-returned equipment, and been called by a collection agency...even after I was told by the clerk at the desk that all my equipment was turned in, and confirmed again 30 days later by phone call, after I received a bill for said equipment. It took me over 4 months (and hours on the phone numerous times) to get it straightened out.
Great technology for TV, and Internet, but absolutely the worst customer service of any company I have every dealt with, bar none.
