Gracie, I suspect that just as we are dumbing down entrance requirements for colleges and graduating kids that are nearly illiterate, the schools that teach medical assistance careers do not have high standards. It goes without saying that it only takes a relatively small percentage of "low knowledge" medical staffing graduates to screw up the back office of an entire medical complex. I would guess that we are going to see much more of the quest to just find "warm bodies" to fill job openings in medical clinics.
