There needs to be a way to ask the seller a question before making a buy commitment. E-Bay has that, Panjo does not. At least not a way that is obvious to me and I am sure others.

You can contact the seller. The location of that button is poor. We have a cosmetic facelift coming in about 3 weeks. Today, if you scroll down to the information about the seller, there is a button that says, "Send Message." In a few weeks, we are placing that button right next to the buy button and it will more obviously read, "Message Seller." Thanks for your feedback. We are listing and responding as fast as we can.
