One correction.....we bought in 2005 and were told our amenities fees were frozen but 11 months later and on each anniversary, we have received an increase in amenities. We started at 119 and are now at 127 per month. For some reason the sales people tell you this but it turns out not to be true. Anyone else out there have this happen?????
