Thanks for the good advise but my wife and I are not quite the age to qualify as seniors, hence my screen name which means the 20% allowed in TV under the age of 55. My parents are seniors but they, like us, are using their house part time for now and they are presently out of state. I agree that Service Smart is robbing us. I am going to call the company now and try to personally speak with the owner. I also feel it is important to keep this thread going so no one else out there gets taken advantage of by this company as we have and continue to be.
