Re: Things to think about when moving to the Villages
When we bought in 2001 our fee was frozen for 3 years. I think it may have been a state law at the time. Seems it has changed because my cousin who bought in 2005 has had a small increase each year. Mine is $133 because bought another house and had to go from the $119 that we were paying to the going rate of around $130.
