Yes, we carry copies of their Rabies Certificates; they are required when crossing an International Border.
However I don't think Rabies Certificates have anything to do with Dog Licenses -- perhaps in Florida they they are the same thing?
Our dogs were vaccinated for rabies in Florida, and we bought dog licenses in Canada.

Is it cops that look for unlicensed dogs? If so, they might be better off spending their time looking for drunk golf cart drivers.
