Default What was the best train ride you ever had?
The Montrealer was a passenger train operated by Amtrak between Washington, D.C. and Montreal, Canada. Amtrak had a promotion in the fall of 1977 that included accommodations in a beautiful hotel. The name of the hotel escapes me. It was $99 per person for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time.
