Now this is downright mean, but here goes ........... love to see the man on the phone with the (presumably) wife and he's saying "well they have it in a red box, but I cannot see a blue box, what about the green box? So if they don't have that what else shall I get"!
For the record, my other half does not shop unless I write it down in triplicate, tell him exactly what aisle and which level shelf and how much it is. Now if it's not in the right aisle (but has been moved to the end of the aisle), we never get it! So the moral of this and the sake of my blood pressure - I do the shopping

That's exactly what happens at our house. Fireboy will come home and say things like "I couldn't find any cereal at Publix".
