Just some feedback. I understand it costs about $1M and 18 months to get a tower installed from the time it is a recognized need and process starts. The reason as they have to find the property to install the Cell Tower equipment and the proper clearances,(Gov't,etc.etc.) They can pull up a map and see exactly where there is weak or no coverages in The Villages. My point is that if you tell them where you have no or a weak signal they can give you some idea as to when it will be corrected. My "guess" is that their input maybe flawed since some of the needs are based on input not controlled by them I am not a big fan of AT&T and believe they got over on me but I believe the above is close to an answer. You can call their Florida Hdq's in Jacksonville which controls this area and let them know of your concerns.
