I plan on making it to 90 but then, "man plans and GOD laughs".
I tend to think the following helps:
1. Genetics.
2. Eating sensible.
3. Alcohol in moderation.
4. Exercise.
5. Being active and alert.
6. Socializiing, instead of watching television.
7. Having a positive outlook on life.
8. Having many interests.
Only GOD know when are days are up, so why worry?
