Don't allow someone with a different opinion to deter you from posting and learning from this thread. We have benefited so much from the information shared. Do I agree with everyone? There are over 100,000 people in The Villages and I would guess the majority do not post of this forum. Being resistant to buy because of this forum would be very sad. Please attend a preview or rent a place. In our few times in The Villages we have chatted with some great people. Not all have the same opinion as we may have, but that's what make the conversation so interesting. As we told our children, in many instances there is no right or wrong and it's simply a difference of opinion. How boring life would be if we were all the same.
