The only way that is going to happen is if a national referendum were on the ballot forcing by law political candidates to stipulate to term limits. finding a politician to agree to proposing such a referendum

This conflict of interest not only violates the Constitution but by virtue of the fact that politicians are protecting their own interest they are neglecting important strategies to protect this country.
