Has Service Changed at Town & Country
When we bought a new golf cart in 2010 T&C was touted on TOTV for their after-sales service. However, when I wanted seat belts, they wouldn't install them. And recently when I called them because my cart died, and the Delta-Q charger was flashing red, Kyle insisted that I should check the electric outlet. I felt he was blowing me off because if the outlet was dead nothing would be flashing. As it turned out, l need new batteries. With so many battery seller options available I'm having reservations about giving T&C my business. Anyone else also disillusioned with T&C lately?
