Congrats on selling your home in 4 days.

Prices have risen 27% since I have been here last year.

I think the prices will continue to go up as Gary M. is not finished with building and it's the law of supple and demand.

Makes me wonder what the prices will look like after build-out is completed, (only Gary M. knows the final build-out date), and people still want to move here.

I know I don't miss the harsh winters in the northeast. 3 and half feet in one snowfall, is enough for me!!!
