I wouldn't and didn't suggest she get out of her car to obtain that information. The make and color of a car can be determined easily from inside the car, and with a little luck at least a partial tag number. My wife uses a walker, by the time she pulled into our driveway, or someplace close by, she would have the Sumter Cnty sheriff with her to grab the wacko.
