Just before you enter each rotary you will see a directional sign noting the correct usage of each lane. The are not always the same at each rotary so it takes awhile to learn which lane to use fit the rotary exit you plan to take. Go out and drive through a few to see what I mean.

By the way, all bets are off once our seasonal residents are here. As a general rule I try to avoid roads and rotaries north if 466 in season. Good luck; there's little you can do to correct the behavior if an idiot.
