KayakerNC asks what could go wrong using a bidet, combining electricity, water and stainless steel. I can help with this question as I am very familiar with the Coco Bidet. Happy to report, very little goes wrong with the Coco at all. It seems to be as safe as the many other devices we have around the house that combine water, electricity and steel. You know, things like washers for dishes and clothing, refridgerators, pumps, hot tubs. Like these other devices the Coco will make your life much more pleasant. The one thing I would not recommend is using the Coco bidet on the roof of your house during a thunderstorm. Otherwise the combination of water, electricity, and stainless steel is usally safe in modern household appliances. In fact, when you add the component of gas to the electricity, water, and steel combination the Coco not only does not ignite, it uses a very quiet fan with a charcoal filter to take away the unpleasant odors. But for those still phobic, the Coco can always be used as a regular toilet seat. It only operates when the user pushes a button on the remote control. One last thing. Yes, the hemorrhoids would definately benefit from a Coco bidet!
