Just curious Cliff, how are you determining your speed of 19 MPH or are you simply restating what someone told you or assuming that is your speed. For all you know it may be 13MPH or even 20 :cop: .

Bottom line is if you and everyone drives reasonable and with some common sense everyone can be happy without assuming everyone who claims to have a "fast cart" is guilty of something.
