We bought a Gardenia..stretched it out...bought a great lot....made it a 3 bedroom...and are enjoying life....my advice..take the time to look at the model you like best and have your real estate person find it for you.......there isn't any pressure now and even if you have to make a couple of trips, invest the time. Hopefully. you will live here for a LONG time.
