It has been there for about 8 months and it looks like there is no end. . The side is marked up with something that look dirty, and today the door was open and the inside + toliet tissue was what welcomed visitors to Tall Trees. At one point for the week end it layed on it's side and was the limit to an ugly sight as you drove in !!! I guess this type of dirt is acceptable to Commuity Standards ? But signs are not allowed and the resident will be told to stop. Dirty port a johns are OK. That is the sad part.

Our neighbors who do not speak to anyone or take care of their yard or landscaping had a pool put in this summer.
Instead of putting the Port a John on their property more towards the front of their house, they put it right on the property line on the side that was directly in view of our front window and door. It remained there for two months in the hottest months of July and August. The smell was horrible. Every time we opened our front door or were out in our driveway, the smell was sickening. Most of the time the door was open and we had toilet paper blowing out on our front yard. Ewwww! Workers driving by would stop and use it as well as the construction crew working on the pool next door. I understand that the construction workers need a place to "go" but there should be rules on how close to
the property line that they can place them!
