Years ago. when I was young, I did a "diet" that required a 600 calories per day. It claimed "IF" you stayed on it you'd lose weight quickly. Well I did lose the weight I wanted off BUT it came on very quickly after I went back to eating normally again. I did this "diet" 2X actually---once in my early 30's and again about 10 yrs later. I lost the 2nd time as well until the authorities closed the "clinic" down (it was a chain). I will tell you that I believe in doing this, I ruined my metabolism. I'm now hypo-thyroid, T2d, insulin-resistant and more. I can "diet" and exercise all I want but the weight refuses to come off. I believe I now have what is known as adrenal fatigue. My endocrine system needs healing. I for one would NOT do a food plan as you're inquiring about as I do not believe it's healthy. IF I'd have known "back when" what I know now I think I might have gone about things much differently but I wanted the lbs off and I wanted them off quickly. NOT a good plan!!!
