We were in Olive Garden about a year ago & it was so cold...when it was time for dessert I said no. I had to get outside in the warmth/heat. (Take your pick.) So there was a survey that I responded to & mentioned that it was so cold in there that I couldn't even stay for dessert. You know what....??? - next time I was there the temperature was comfortable. I hope that perhaps I made a difference.
