When I got home last night, I noticed that my front passenger window was totally shattered and that there was a small hole about the size of a small rock in the lower corner of the window.
I drew the conclusion that the lawn service guys had accidentally run over a rock in my flower bed or around a tree that flew up and went through the window. Last night I called Tri County and left a message of what I thought had happened. And this morning, I saw the crew in my neighborhood and asked them about it. They said that they had not done anything and were surprised at the broken window.
As of the end of today, I still have not received a call from Tri County acknowledging my call. It is possible that the workers did not notice what they had done to my car...with the loud motors on their machines...but I am very disappointed that the Tri County office did not try to contact me.
I am in the process of finding a new lawn service...not so much because of the accident...but because of the way that TLC's office treated me (or did not treat me).

TLC and Tri County Landscaping ARE NOT the same company. TLC is owned by Shayne Vernon and I have used them since we moved here 10 years ago. Any accidental damage (3 instances, I think) have ALWAYS been cheerfully and promptly fixed. One was to the siding, one was to a cut line, and one was when a rock was thrown into the facing around the garage door.
To use the initials only, it would be TCL and not TLC.
Thanks
