when I look at the building next to Barnes & Noble that is supposed to be golf cart only, I see a significantly larger building than very many regular service stations/garages.
Also the bay doors are much more than golf cart size and look no different than a regular service garage, including height.
Without any facts or specifications all one can do is look and guess. The scale of everything, building included looks like so much more than golf cart.
Non ethanol gas products must fall into the category of botique gases that are not run in regular production lots, hence are more expensive. And there is no doubt a premium, just because, added. That is the reason why many regular gas stations that carry non ethanol usually only have premium or 93 octane....$$$$$....better for your car, boat, golf cart, recreational vehicles like ATV's etc.
