People have a right to determine what takes place on their property. It is their property. You don't get to decide what takes place on their property. Period. Attitudes like yours are what make responsible dog owners worry. We, the responsible dog owners, who don't allow our dogs to trespass on private property, have to deal with the fall out of those that do.
