We live in the Village of Duval and couldn't be happier. You're right about the view. We see the sunrise in the morning and sunset at night. It's beautiful. I feel confident with the building that's going to go on in the next 2 years that everything we need will be right near us. This happend to us at our home in Illinois and within a couple of years we had a prime location. Lots of bulding up this way. But I have to say that I think all the villages are beautiful and I think everything is accessable right now. Maybe the drive is a bit longer, but just take in the luscious scenery. And hey, what's the hurry, this is a great time of our lives. 8)
