I checked his site online several times and it said "out of stock" each time.
Did some more research and found PestGuard WaterGate™ Lanai Drain.

Glad I did. Real nice guy named Matt came over from Tampa area and installed 2 in my lanai. GREAT product that works well. Here's the site -
