Soy milk would be my preference as I am lactose intollerant. Can you share with me your breakfast or anytime smoothie recipe? I need to start getting something in my stomach before 1:00 in the afternoon.

Thanks,
I was also a breakfast skipper but realized I wasn't getting enough fruits and veggies in my diet and I was short on fiber. I started drinking this in the morning and I don't feel hungry and don't lack energy until well after noon:

Unsweetened Almond Milk: 8 ounces
Mixed berries: 5 ounces
Amazing Grass Green Superfood: 2 tablespoons
Flaxseed Meal: 2 tablespoons
Coconut Flour: 2 tablespoons

Total calories: between 350 - 400
Total fiber: between 19 - 21 grams

This isn't real "smooth" but there's lots of veggie servings, calcium, fiber, omega-3s and it tastes pretty good too.
