2/2 patio villa in Hillsborough right near Brownwood. Upscale furnishings. GAS GOLF CART included! WOW!

Help me fill the only 2-1/2 weeks left in 2014 not rented.

Oct 31 - Nov 7 = $45/nt or $315 for that exact Fri-Fri week
OR
Dec 13 - Dec 22 = $69/nt or $449 for any 7 nights
OR
Dec 27 - Jan 1 = $69/nt

Pet ok ($50). NO cleaning fee. Just leave as found. Four nt min please.

Jan-Mar 2015 long gone. Now booking Jan-Mar 2016 at $3,475/mo. Don't laugh. Jan & Mar 2016 are alredy gone at my 3br pool home in Springdale. Peak April 2015 & Feb 2016 still open.
