Costco
I was in the little Costco in Altamont springs last week and I happened to talk to a manager, he said that people are flooding them with requests for a Costco near the Villages and they are now looking at two locations. The formula they need is an area of 25 square miles with a population of 250 thousand and 50% of that population with a household income of 60 thousand or more. He indicated they were almost there.
