Is it a fixed or retractable awning. If it is a fixed awning, call Sunshine Canvas, 787-4436. If it a retractable awning, call RK Products, 430-4430. Did you ask the people you spoke to WHY they couldn't replace the fabric? It may depend on the manufacturer of your awning. Did you try to contact them?
