I'm interested in a furnished, long term, 6 month rental 11/01/14-4/30/15 that accepts my 2 adult,well mannered cats. I keep litter boxes outside on lanai so no odor in home.
Please let me know availability and long term rate. Also does rate include all utilities, cable, internet, water, sewer, resident passes, lawn, pest etc. Retired teacher..non smoking Very High FICA score!!
