At last I found a company that is customer friendly.....
I know I received a quality product for a fair price. The cost was considerable
less then the two vendors quoted me at Marion Market for same quality product. Plus it included 3 remotes, choice of colors that are compatible to my home and installation that was done in a timely manor for custom ordered product.
I had a incident, that was my fault, where something was in the doorway when I closed the door. The screen buckled, and within 24 hours Cool Breeze was there to fix the problem. Like I said before GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
