In addition, to stop feeding these kittens is cruel.
If no one will give them a home, they have to be neutered and released where they are found.

From your post, I assume you are serious with your "suggestion."
I also assume that you have never had a pet and do not particularly care about animals.
Your "suggestion" is inhumane and thoughtless.
