There are many ways to improve our very broken system. But these two would be a d*** good start in my humble opinion.
Agree. But both of these have been tried and the Supreme Court has judged those steps as unconstitutional (by the usual 5-4 vote) So at this point it will either take a Constitutional Amendment or a new justice with a different interpretation of the law to flip the finding on a new test case.
