There are many ways to improve our very broken system. But these two would be a d*** good start in my humble opinion.
Are you aware of the First Amendment to the US Constitution? Free Speech. And the amounts spent by PACs and Super PAC's are more then matched by union contributions of funds taken from their member's dues. At least with PAC's donations are Voluntary.
