When we rented in TV, we had ID's that allowed us to do anything that residents could do. It pretty much boiled down to resident gates, Katie Belle's, and the regional rec centers and wireless computer connections at those rec centers. We did not golf but there was an ID number for that, too.

The people working at the regional rec centers were all very nice and very good about checking ID's. While chatting up the locals, I learned that there was a rumor that a busload of ladies from one of the outside communities had to be bounced from a rec center water fitness class. That sounds fair.
